Starting this September, Niagara Transit will proudly offer Sunday and Holiday service within Pelham. This significant expansion provides crucial access for young people to sports, entertainment, jobs, and other activities. It also opens doors to essential medical services, building on our existing Niagara Transit benefits and on-demand fleet expansion designed to address affordability challenges.
Who benefits from expanded service?
This enhanced service is specifically designed to support those in our community who need it most. This includes individuals who have lost their driving privileges due to disability or age, those facing financial barriers to vehicle ownership, caregivers who do not drive, and anyone experiencing isolation due to a lack of transportation. Furthermore, we welcome those who recognize the vital environmental benefits of public transit.

Accessing our new Sunday and Holiday service is easy. Scheduling and prices will remain consistent with current operations. Simply use the Niagara Transit Plus app to plan your journey. The fare remains an affordable $3.50, offering exceptional value for your travel needs within Pelham. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this fantastic service.
